Ying Pao Chia Enterprise Co., Ltd. was founded in Taichung, Taiwan, in 1999. YPC originated from producing composite plastic boards for shoe midsoles and has since developed its proprietary BI-FIT technology for composite plastic boards, which combines the advantages of different fabrics with polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE).

BI-FIT is an innovative and proprietary technology that produces composite plastic boards, polypropylene (PP), and polyethylene (PE) boards. Its ability to directly integrate fabric and plastic during production allows easy adhesion to other materials without toxic adhesives.
Composite boards, which are created using the patented BI-FIT technology. These plastic boards are made by integrating polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) plastic materials with different fabrics or materials to create a single molded board. Compared to traditional alternatives, the combination of plastic and fabric provides composite boards with better performance, superior durability, sturdiness, appearance, and adhesion properties during lamination.
Ying Pao Chia manufactures polypropylene (PP) boards, polyethylene (PE) boards, and one-piece composite boards. Our boards integrate various fabrics with dual hardness/density, making them durable, lightweight, and deformation resistant. Our materials can be used for multiple applications, including sports, footwear, medical assistive/support devices, and car accessories.
Polyethylene (PE) plastic board has insulation toughness and can withstand cold temperatures. It can be extensively used in pet products, electronic devices, sports equipment, shoe accessories, and support equipment designed for low-temperature environments. We are committed to environmental conservation and using up to 80% recycled PE resins in our manufacturing processes to meet customer product requirements.
