Composite boards, a product manufactured by Ying Pao Chia (YPC) using the patented BI-FIT technology, involve the integration of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) plastic materials with various fabrics or materials to create a single, molded board. This combination of plastic and fabric results in composite boards outperforming traditional alternatives regarding durability, sturdiness, appearance, and adhesion properties during lamination. Eliminating the need for toxic chemicals in the priming process before lamination reduces exposure to harmful substances and unpleasant odors.
Ying Pao Chia (YPC) offers tailored manufacturing services for plastic composite boards, accommodating different hardness levels and materials based on customer requirements. We also provide composite boards derived from a blend of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). Our commitment to environmental responsibility is reflected in our certification by the Global Recycled Standard 4.0. We can recycle at least 50% of polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), and fabrics to produce composite boards while preserving their material characteristics. This approach aligns with recycling, reuse, and environmental conservation principles.
