Research and Development Process
Understand the customer's requirements and product applications.
We analyze the product's intended purpose, its specific physical requirements, and any unique features to ensure feasibility and offer valuable customer feedback. Following this assessment, we create a comprehensive development plan.
Plastic Sheet and Material Selection
YPC provides production services for polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), and composite plastic boards based on specific applications and environmental conditions. Once the application is confirmed, we offer material recommendations and processing methods tailored to the product's intended usage.
3D drawing and mold design.
Our team of experienced 3D designers crafts three-dimensional models, aligning them with customer product specifications and material properties. We design molds that precisely cater to the unique requirements of our customers.
Sampling and Physical Property Testing
Following the sampling phase, we proceed with a series of physical property tests to ensure that the product aligns with the specific requirements set by the customer.
Mass production.
Upon conducting internal sample testing and receiving confirmation from the customer, we implement the necessary technology to ensure that the mass-produced products maintain consistency with the approved sample.
Quality Inspection.
We set customer quality standards for each shipment to guarantee uniform product physical properties and overall quality.
Packaging and Shipment.
