Ying Pao Chia specializes in producing midsole lasting board materials, breaking away from traditional materials and methods for midsole production. We combine fabric with polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) plastic boards to create a product that offers cushioning, waterproofing, and support. The direct fusion of plastic board materials and fabric reduces toxic adhesive processes during later stages of production while enhancing adhesive strength.

Our expertise lies in producing BI-FIT, single-piece PP boards, PE boards, and composite plastic board technology. This enables the creation of two different materials or combinations with varying hardness in a single integrated process. We also offer composite plastic boards with up to 80% recycled materials while maintaining or improving physical performance characteristics, ensuring durability and the ability to withstand 90-degree bending. These features make our products suitable for various shoe accessory applications in different fields and industries.
